i. Web Analytics
When you visit our website you engagement here is recorded as an anonymous user. We have the capacity to track this information through a third party service that is Google Analytics, as many other websites do, in order to better administer our website and analyze our communication strategies. Examples of the type of information we can track includes
• Number of links clicked within the site
• Country from which our site is accessed
• Date and time of visit
• Web page that linked to our site
• Pages viewed on the site
ii. User Information
Visitors to our website who forward us ANY personal information, such as their name and email, are never disclosed to anyone outside RMA for Technology and the information is used for the sole purpose of communicating with users in the capacity to which they subscribed. For example:
• To fulfill service requests for services
• To answer a question or reply to a comment
• To inform of new services or special opportunities
• To request a survey or questionnaire response
3. Use of Web Beacons
If we have permission to contact you, RMA for Technology may from time to time, include web beacons in promotional e-mail messages in order to determine whether messages have been opened or acted upon.
Some of these web beacons may be placed by third party service providers to help determine the effectiveness of our email communications. We use commercially reasonable procedures to protect any personal information that we collect from you against loss, theft, and misuse, as well as unauthorized access. RMA for Technology implements and maintains security measures applicable to all records containing personal information. Our security measures are appropriate for the size, scope and type of our business, the resources available to us, the amount of stored data, and the need for security and confidentiality of the personal information we store. No security system is impenetrable, however. Therefore we cannot 100% guarantee the security of our databases or the security during transmission to us of the information you supply over the Internet. You can help us by taking precautions to protect your personal information when you are on the Internet and only disclose information that you are okay with sharing publicly (like your name and email address). Change your passwords often using a combination of letters and numbers and make sure to use a secure web browser.
We do not specifically market to or knowingly collect personal information from minors under the age of 21 for marketing purposes. Because some information is collected online, it may not appear to be the personal information of a minor under 21. If a minor under 21 submits personal information to us and we learn that the personal information is the information of a minor under 21, we will delete the information as soon as possible. If you are a user under 21 years of age, please do not register for any of our services or provide us any information about yourself (such as your name, email address or phone number).
