How can you boost your confidence?

Confidence is all about feeling that you know what you are capable of and can rely on your ability to deliver on it. It affects all ages and aspects of your life.  Confidence is usually recognized as a “can do” attitude.

Some people may be confident in certain aspects of their lives and not in others. Example, some are confident professionals when it comes to handling issues having to do with their work, but they might lack confidence in handling situations having to do with their spouses or children.

We can all use a confidence boost from time to time, especially if we’re under pressure or feeling over-worked or under-appreciated or just down.

Here are some examples of what might give you a confidence boost: review and reflect on past accolades, certificates of accomplishment or appreciation, call up a friend who is always positive and supportive and invite them out for a coffee, set a reachable goal for yourself, and celebrate your success.

Ask your favourite people to tell you what they think one of your top ten qualities is. Then if needed, complete the list. Then post this list on your bathroom mirror and recite them every day for 10-days! Here is some help to get you started:
