Do you really know what matters the most for your people or do you just think you know? Or are you making some assumptions because of your experience? How do you know?

OK … if you conducted a survey, you need to ask yourself these questions. How effective was the survey? Were the questions professionally created and unbiased? Was the collection process fair, emotionally safe, anonymous?

If you didn’t use any kind of survey, you are just making assumptions. This is totally unacceptable to build on.
